- ✦6 roma tomatoes
- ✦1 white onion
- ✦2 carrots
- ✦1 stick celery
- ✦4 cloves garlic
- ✦2 tablespoons olive oil
- ✦1 dash italian seasoning
- ✦1 sprinkle salt
- ✦2 twists black pepper
- ✦2 splashes red wine
- ✦1 teaspoon better than bouillon
~~ INSTRUCTIONS ~~

Start olive oil heating on medium heat in a small saucepan

Roughly chop onion, carrots, celery, and garlic

Add chopped veggies to saucepan along with the italian seasoning, salt, and pepper

Stir occasionally until veggies get some color

Meanwhile, halve your roma tomatoes

Once the veggies have a bit of color, add tomatoes and red wine

Simmer until all the veggies are nice and soft

If you need more liquid, mix the better than bouillon with some hot water and add that

Once all the veggies are nice and soft, blend until smooth
